Northport Basement Remodel: This video shows a basement that we renovated. Previously the basement had raw concrete walls, so we installed sheetrock walls and ceiling and a tile floor and a counter with cabinets and a storage closet. It turned out nice an now the grandchildren can enjoy their own room at grandpas house. The customer was very happy with the results.. Look at the video and I hope you like what you see.

This video shows repairs we did to a home in Northport. The floor failed and caused the wall to sag 9-12 inches. This video shows some of the steps that we took to repair the floor. We installed a new cement and block support wall under the wall and installed new sister floor joists, new sill and sole plates, then installed insulation, subflooring, flooring, new sheetrock, then installed a new kitchen and finished everything. The customer was very happy. and the project fit within the homeowners tight budget.
