This bathroom had a damaged floor from years of water spilling over the side of the bathtub. So we repaired the water damaged bathroom floor, reinforced floor joists, installed new subfloor where damaged, installed new tile floor, removed wallpaper, patched walls and painted bathroom. They were on a tight budget so we only did what their budget allowed. The homeowner was very happy.
